We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your chiropractic care.

Dr Jeffrey Stout has been practicing in Normal, IL since 1986. He graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1985 having earned a doctor of chiropractic degree. Dr. Stout started Stout Chiropractic Clinic with the goal of providing good quality, individualized chiropractic care for a reasonable cost. In the early years, the “family atmosphere” at Stout Chiropractic included Dr. Stout’s wife, Betsy at the front desk and sometimes their infant daughter asleep in a back room.

Over the years, we have added more services such as therapeutic exercise and massage therapy, but our attention to the “person with the condition, not just the condition” has served the Normal/Bloomington community well and allowed us to grow for over 30 years!

If you would like to make an appointment, please call 309.454.8622 or email our office. Emergency calls and appointments are welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept check, cash, and major credit cards.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

“Stout Chiropractic is a very welcoming clinic with a caring staff. It's been great coming here and getting to know the team. Through adjustments, massage, and physical therapy I've received relief from my pain and was given helpful tips to stay on the right track and overall gained more awareness about my spine and muscle structure.”

“I started coming to Stout because I am a landscaper and that has led to all kinds of issues. My right hip is the main reason that I came. After coming in for eight weeks I felt so much better. Working better, sleeping better, and playing better. The office staff have been a delight! ”

Dr. Kurtis Siemsen DC

Growing up in Belvidere, Illinois, Dr. Kurtis Siemsen was very active in sports. His love for sports took him to Southern Illinois University, where he was a “walk-on” for the Saluki Track and Field team. He competed for the Salukis throughout his undergraduate studies. During his junior year, he suffered injuries to his lower back and knee. After trying several different treatments with no relief, he sought the help of a chiropractor. This is where he received the answers and relief that he was seeking. He continued to learn more about chiropractic and ultimately decided that he wanted to pursue a career in this field. Following graduation, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated in the fall of 2020.
