A BEAUTIFUL CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE FOR ALL YOUR WELLNESS NEEDS
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your chiropractic care.
Dr Jeffrey Stout has been practicing in Normal, IL since 1986. He graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1985 having earned a doctor of chiropractic degree. Dr. Stout started Stout Chiropractic Clinic with the goal of providing good quality, individualized chiropractic care for a reasonable cost. In the early years, the “family atmosphere” at Stout Chiropractic included Dr. Stout’s wife, Betsy at the front desk and sometimes their infant daughter asleep in a back room.
Over the years, we have added more services such as therapeutic exercise and massage therapy, but our attention to the “person with the condition, not just the condition” has served the Normal/Bloomington community well and allowed us to grow for over 30 years!
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept check, cash, and major credit cards.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

One of his goals during each of his patient encounters is to make sure that they leave with more knowledge about their specific problem areas. He enjoys chess, video games, and most of all, Formula 1 racing. His favorite quote is, "I'm at the tippity top of the mountain, but I'm really only halfway up...think about it."
Matt Rapp, LMT
Matt graduated with his certification in massage therapy from Midwest Technical Institute in March of 2020. Before that, he studied exercise science at Lindenwood University-Belleville for 3 years.
